This week, join Jeff and guest George Zbyszewski, who most of us know as “George Z”, on the “Insider” as they discuss the upcoming annual show and Janow Podlaski Stud Farm in Poland taking August 9th and 10th. George gives us his expert opinion on which horses should be most sought after in the auction and even gives us some pointers on how to be a winning bidder. We learn some of the history of the Polish Arabian, and George shares his insight into the Polish breeding program. Having grown up in the horse industry in Poland, George is uniquely qualified to speak about the Polish Arabian horse. He is an integral part of the team that presents the annual show and sale each year in Poland and has recently published a book on the Polish Arabian called “The Arabian Horse – Poland’s National Treasure”.
